Customers always write when there are problems. This is not the case and is the exact opposite. Matt Maudlin exemplifies the best representative I have ever seen in construction industry. He simply makes Kaiser a company people want to use. From the time the hang tags were put on neighborhood doors after a hail storm to post construction follow up Matt was on the job. We did the initial meet when he inspected our roof, he contacted my insurance company, he met with our insurance company, he reviewed their approved claim for completeness, he explained to me in fine detail (that I required) every line item on the claim, explained who got what monies when (that I required), wrote the contract and was on site the entire time construction was taking place. And, he did an additional follow up visit a couple days after construction was completed to make sure I was satisfied. He was always on time, courteous, professional and had his Kaiser colors on. His knowledge of the entire process including the financials is total. That’s is what I call exceptional customer service! Because of what Matt did I freely offered to be a reference for him and Kaiser. The guy simply believes in going the extra mile and should be commended for doing so!!!
